Not at all. The content will be targeted for church leaders who are involved in the work of running a church. Your title might be something different, or you may be a pastor or leader who has been charged with strategic and organizational leadership. 

Leaders who are highly committed to strategic, interactive, out-of-the box learning opportunities and who are willing to invest the time, energy and money for the journey. If your best learning comes from a large conference with inspirational speakers and moving worship--this might not be your cup-of-tea. But if you love the practical, if you like to hear a presentation and then immediately be able to ask that leader questions, if you like to hear how other leaders in other churches are tackling difficult challenges---then you have the right wiring for this type of learning. 

Only one device will be able to log-in per registration, but you may have others participate with you at your computer or device.

We strongly encourage you to join us in-person as you will gain the highest value from networking with other leaders. We have found that having the option of on-demand replays actually discourages attendance, and rarely does anyone actually engage later. Therefore we no longer provide the content on-demand.

Both monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew. You may discontinue either at any time. There are no refunds, but you can have someone else take over your membership.
