Not at all. The content will be targeted for church leaders who are involved in the work of running a church. Your title might be something different, or you may be a pastor or leader who has been charged with strategic and organizational leadership. 

Leaders who are highly committed to strategic, interactive, out-of-the box learning opportunities and who are willing to invest the time, energy and money for the journey. If your best learning comes from a large conference with inspirational speakers and moving worship--this might not be your cup-of-tea. But if you love the practical, if you like to hear a presentation and then immediately be able to ask that leader questions, if you like to hear how other leaders in other churches are tackling difficult challenges---then you have the right wiring for this type of learning.
