Married to her husband, Jerrod, for 30 years and the proud mother of three adult children, they now live in Scottsdale, Arizona. Theresa combines her personal values with her professional expertise to enhance client interactions and deliver exceptional service, and has been serving on the LeadingSmart team since 2022.
